Selective soldering

Selective soldering primarily is dedicated to THT components. This technology provides the highest standard of soldering approved for automotive, medical and military. Basically there is a selective flux deposition and nozzle that produce a small soldering spot (~3x3mm) on PCB assisted by Nitrogen atmosphere…

Washing of PCB

In spite of all processes are no-clean, some part of the production should be washed. There are several reasons: Estetic – the board should be without any residual amount of the solder flux and other contaminated parts. Lack coating – the board should be clean, without any residua, prepared for lack coating. Decontamination – removal of ion contamination below 1,56µg NaCl / cm2 (J-STD-001)
